At SmileGuard, we stand behind our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. To ensure fairness to both our customers and our business, we offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.
1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
SmileGuard offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee starting from the date your order is marked as delivered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within this 90-day period provided all eligibility conditions are met.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met: the request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery, the product must be returned to us, the customer must cover return shipping costs, the returned product must include the SmileGuard product (used or unused) and original or equivalent packaging, and the product must show reasonable wear consistent with personal use. Refund requests that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable tracking or insurance fees. Shipping charges, including original outbound shipping if applicable, are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SmileGuard is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Condition of Returns
Returned items must be received by SmileGuard before a refund can be processed. Returns that are severely damaged due to misuse, intentionally destroyed, or missing core components may be deemed ineligible for a refund. Normal signs of personal use do not disqualify a return.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: requests made after the 90-day guarantee period, products not returned to SmileGuard, orders marked as delivered but claimed as not received, dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference or expectations not aligned with product instructions, and orders returned without prior authorization. SmileGuard reserves the right to limit or deny refunds to prevent abuse of the guarantee.
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email us at support@smileguard.store. Include your full name, order number, email address used at checkout, and reason for return. If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
7. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing after receipt, and up to 10 additional business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
8. Exchanges
SmileGuard does not offer exchanges at this time. If a replacement is needed due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled order, please contact us at support@smileguard.store and we will resolve the issue promptly.
