SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with SmileGuard. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays) after payment is successfully received.

During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.


2. SHIPPING TIMES

After processing, orders are shipped and typically delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on your location, carrier performance, and external factors beyond our control.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

SmileGuard currently ships to addresses within the United States. If international shipping is offered in the future, applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.


4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.


5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you believe you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@smileguard.store. Address changes can only be made before an order enters processing and cannot be guaranteed.

SmileGuard is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


6. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking information shows that your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check all possible delivery locations (mailbox, front door, porch, garage, building office).

  2. Confirm with neighbors or household members.

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If the package remains missing, contact us at support@smileguard.store within 15 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for assistance.

Carrier delivery confirmation is considered proof of delivery.


7. DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@smileguard.store with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

All packaging materials must be retained to assist with claims.


8. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

If you receive:

  • An incorrect product, or

  • An incomplete order

Please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number, explanation, and photos of the items received. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for these cases.


9. SHIPPING DELAYS

SmileGuard is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor disruptions

  • Customs processing (if applicable)

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

We do not offer refunds for shipping delays or for orders not arriving by a specific date or event.
