Cancellation policy

Subscription Products

When you purchase a subscription product from SmileGuard, you are enrolling in automatic recurring deliveries and charges based on the supply duration you select at checkout:

  • 30-Day Supply: You will be charged and shipped a new 30-day supply every 30 days from your original purchase date
  • 90-Day Supply: You will be charged and shipped a new 90-day supply every 90 days from your original purchase date
  • 150-Day Supply: You will be charged and shipped a new 150-day supply every 150 days from your original purchase date

Billing & Payment

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged on each renewal date unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. You will receive an email reminder before each charge. By subscribing, you authorize SmileGuard to charge your payment method for each recurring shipment until you cancel.

Subscription Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle and continue indefinitely until you cancel. You will not receive a refund for any charges already processed, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

Managing Your Subscription

You have full control over your subscription and can modify or cancel it at any time through your customer account portal. To access your subscription:

  1. Visit the "My Account" tab on our website and tap the magic link
  2. Contact our support team at support@smileguard.store

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. To cancel:

  • Log into your customer account and select "Cancel Subscription," OR
  • Email support@smileguard.store with your order number and request to cancel

Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for the next shipment. Once a charge has been processed, it cannot be refunded, but you can cancel before the following renewal.

If you cancel after a shipment has been charged but before it ships, we will process a full refund within 5-7 business days.

Payment Failures

If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment up to 3 times over a 7-day period. If all payment attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically canceled, and you will need to place a new order to resume deliveries.

You are responsible for maintaining valid, up-to-date payment information. You can update your payment method at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting support@smileguard.store.

Pausing Subscriptions

If available, you may pause your subscription for up to 90 days through your customer account portal. While paused, you will not be charged or receive shipments. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period unless you cancel.

Changing Subscription Frequency

You may change your subscription frequency (30-day, 90-day, or 150-day supply) at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting support@smileguard.store. Changes will take effect on your next renewal date.

Returns & Refunds for Subscription Orders

All subscription orders are subject to our standard Returns & Refund Policy. Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed, but you may return unopened products for a refund according to our return policy. Please see our full Returns Policy for complete details.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product. We may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout depending on the product. If partial or no payment is collected, we will store your payment method securely and charge the remaining balance when the product becomes available and is ready to ship.

Pre-Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the product ships
  • If full or partial payment was collected, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days
  • Once a pre-order has shipped, you cannot cancel, but you may return the product according to our Returns Policy

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a "Try Before You Buy" item, we will authorize (but not charge) your payment method at checkout. Your order will ship, and you will have a specified trial period (stated at checkout) to decide if you want to keep the product.

Try Before You Buy Terms:

  • If you keep the item, your payment method will be charged in full at the end of the trial period
  • If you return the item within the trial period, the authorization will be released and you will not be charged
  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition to avoid charges
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated
